It is ambidextrous and can be worn at either the IWB or OWB position. Included with each MC1 is a 1.50" and 1.75" FOMI Clip for added versatility. We also added additional mounting holes so the MC1 can be mated to our IWB Tuckable Tough Clip for a deeper concealment option.
